The Salted Earth

With her home village of Nall under extreme famine for years, young Lateile embarks on a desperate attempt to challenge the distant, immortal elders in ritual combat in hopes of granting a boon to save her home. But there is more at stake, and more that is unseen, in her mission. Can she possibly unsalt the earth?
